This workshop is designed for Anaesthetists, Intensive Care, Emergency Department Physicians and Surgeons who wish to learn how to use Point-of-Care (POC) transthoracic ultrasound.
On completion of this course, graduates will be able to:
- Introduce advanced valve and diastolic assessments
- Familiarise techniques required to execute lung ultrasounds
- Help you prepare for an ultrasound assessment of the airway
- Help you develop more detailed quantitative assessment of the heart chambers, and
- Provide a chance to refresh and revise on the iHeartScan principles that were studied in the previous Workshop.
